Tuesday May 31th, the European Commission awarded the LANDLIFE project as BEST LIFE INFORMATION PROJECT, recognizing it as one of the 5 best Information and Communication LIFE projects in the area of Nature and Biodiversity among all the projects developed between 2011 and 2014. Congratulations LANDLIFE!

Within the framework of a ceremony held in the The Egg, Brussels, Marc Vilahur from Xarxa de custodia del territori (XCT), Kristijan Civic from Eurosite and Ainhoa del Caso from Prysma received the award on behalf of the consortium of the project.

This is a recognition to a project that we always considered a success, and we truly thank such a great reward!

LANDLIFE project has been developed for 3 years by a European consortium focused on the dissemination of land stewardship for the preservation of biodiversity. The consortium has been constituted by wonderful and committed people who have created the team- magic needed to improve the quality of European ecosystems and increase the sustainable development of the lands involved.

We are very proud of being part of this project, of having contributed to disseminate land stewardship in Europe, and especially of meeting and working with people of such high technical and human quality... and of course we are also very proud and happy of receiving this award!

Heart warm thanks to all who have made possible the success of LANDLIFE project!
